Today is the day we’ve all been waiting for.  Well, most of us haven’t been waiting because for us, everyday is #nationalpancakeday.  Who doesn’t love enjoying that fluffy, buttery sweet pillow in their mouth?  We don’t know, and we don’t want to know.

This is the kick-off, preview, curtain-raising post of what’s to come.  And it’s pretty simple – pancakes, sometimes featuring her close and continually 2nd place competition – the waffle.  Sometimes we’ll order pancakes at a restaurant, sometimes we’ll make pancakes and share the recipes.  Regardless, we’re eating pancakes, and a lot of them.  Follow along if you also love eating pancakes or watching others eat pancakes.
